Fence Maintenance Program
Golden State Fence Company has been installing fencing throughout California for over 25 years. Our maintenance program was set up to ensure that all fencing installed by Golden State Fence remains in excellent condition for years to come. Due to the Southern California climate, smog, over-irrigation, reclaimed water, extreme heat, salt air, and other irritants, proper steps to maintain the fence must be taken to ensure longevity.
Golden State Fence's maintenance program is based on three-year intervals and includes annual inspections of the entire fence line, checking for potential problem areas as well as making minor gate adjustments, repairs, touch-ups. Our program includes re-painting of the entire fence at the end of the three-year contract. Our experience has taught us that yearly inspections and minor adjustments will ensure problem-free fencing that looks as good as it did the day it was installed.
With our maintenance program in place, Golden State Fence unconditionally guarantees all fencing for the duration of the contract. In case of failure, if for any reason other than customer abuse, Golden State Fence will repair or replace the fencing at no cost to the association.
